Today we are featuring some Saratoga Wedding Photos from one of the first weddings we did at the beginning of the summer.
Mary Frances and Joe tied the knot at The Mansion in Saratoga at the start of the summer. They had originally planned a large celebration. However, due to Covid, the wedding was downsized a bit to accommodate the new requirements. I am so glad they went ahead with their wedding, because it was truly perfect despite the modifications!
We began the wedding day photo coverage with some getting ready photos and a First Look. We had a special guest in the form of Mary Frances and Joe’s dog, Lucy. She even sported a custom made floral collar! We accomplished many of the formal photos before the wedding ceremony. The Happy Couple did a First Dance, followed by Parent Dances and a Toast. I loved everything about this wedding, but some things I especially enjoyed were: The colors of the flowers, the custom decor items the groom designed and made like the ceremony arch and the table numbers, the Bride’s entire look, and of course, the dog.

The Mansion is a unique venue with many period details to showcase. The chandelier is a beautiful example–and a great place to hand the dress.

Even when a couple sees each other before the ceremony, it is still a great moment to capture the groom seeing her walk down the aisle toward him.
Moments like these are priceless.

The flowers from Posie Peddler were lovely–the colors were great.
Kind of an iconic Mansion shot. We actually had to carefully plan the timing for this shot. The dog was only going to be available for photos before the ceremony–LOL.
